All returns will result in store credit only. Special order items are NOT returnable.
You have 15 days to return product. Before returning any product, you must first contact us for a return authorization. If you do not notify us within 15 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase contact us at email@example.com immediately with 'RETURN CLAIM' in the subject line. Also include Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Item Number,Quantity, Specific Reason for Return, A Photo of the Damage or Defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To prove damage, you must send a photo of the damage.
Returns due to damage will be replaced or a refund will be issued. All other qualified returns will result in store credit
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and books are not returnable.
Items with signs of wear will not be accepted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If store credit is issued, it will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please allow 30 from receipt of item for issuance of credit, or replaced product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items are FINAL SALES and not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the item is damaged in transit to us, we cannot accept it.
